Matrix (bot)

Matrix is a bot which helps prevent join-flooding, but I'm not sure about the details. At the moment it's causing problems because it is in the habit of un-banning people we ban. This was done for a good reason, but I'm not sure what that reason was. We're trying to get ShadowMaster to fix it. Update: ShadowMaster says all you do is open a chat window to Matrix, and there is help (although only certain privileged individuals are allowed to do this; presumably one of the commands lets you control who has this privilege):

The exact meaning of these commands will have to be discovered in time, or perhaps explained by helpful individuals more familiar with eggdrop-based bots.
Notes
The ShadowMaster sayeth: "the commands you need to know about for that is .bans and .-ban"; hopefully this will be explained later.
